In order to achieve the above we have a well-founded quality control and quality assurance process in place which includes parameters such as:

Initial item review: Initial item refers to the first unit chosen for inspection from the test sequence.

During production inspection: Our experts conduct an intermediate inspection of production, when one fourth of the order has been completed. This guarantees that aspects such as designing, packaging and branding are adequately accomplished.

Final inspection: Final inspection is carried out to ensure product conformity to the accepted quality level mutually agreed upon by the customer and manufacturer or supplier. Clients can choose from our flexible and effective final inspection options which include comprehensive inspection, inline inspection, and random sampling inspection.

In-process inspection: This type of inspection of the product, components, or subassemblies is carried out at various stages of the production line to detect errors early which may allow the part to be ameliorated or precluded from continuing through production process.
